ExistemAI ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered digital marketing agency operated by Justin Daniel. We provide marketing automation, lead generation, communications management, and related services to our business clients ("Clients") across a range of industries.
Our platform is hosted at app.existemai.com, and our marketing pages, landing pages, and forms are served through links.existemai.com and related subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you interact with any website, landing page, form, advertisement, text message, email, phone call, or other communication operated or managed by ExistemAI on behalf of our Clients.
ExistemAI acts as a data processor and service provider. Our Clients are the data controllers — they determine what information is collected and how it is used for their specific business purposes. When you submit your information through one of our forms or respond to a campaign we manage, you are providing that information to the Client whose business is identified in the ad, form, or communication.
This policy covers ExistemAI's handling of data across all Client campaigns. Individual Clients may maintain their own privacy policies with additional terms specific to their business.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through forms, ads, and communications managed on our platform, which may include:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Contact Information | Full name, phone number, email address, mailing address |
| Inquiry Details | Information you provide about your needs, project, property, business, or situation — varies by Client and campaign |
| Communication Records | Text messages, emails, call recordings (where permitted by law), voicemails, form submissions, chat transcripts |
| Device & Usage Data | IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, date and time of visit |
| Advertising Data | Ad platform lead form responses (e.g., Facebook/Meta Lead Ads), ad interaction data, tracking pixel data |
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or government-issued identification numbers through our forms or landing pages.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, on behalf of our Clients:
By submitting a form on our website, landing page, or through a social media lead ad, you provide your prior express written consent to receive:
• Phone calls (including calls using an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice)
• Text messages (SMS and MMS)
• Emails
from ExistemAI and/or the Client identified in the ad or form, at the phone number(s) and email address you provide, regarding your inquiry and related services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive automated calls or texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. You may receive up to 15 messages per month during an active conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any texts you send or receive.
You may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time:
| Channel | How to Opt Out |
|---|---|
| Text Messages | Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. |
| Emails | Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or reply with "Unsubscribe." We will process your request within 10 business days. |
| Phone Calls | Tell us during any call that you no longer wish to be contacted, or send a text or email with your request. |
| All Communications | Email [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out" and your name and phone number. We will cease all contact within 72 hours. |
Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to an active service agreement or contract, which may still be sent as necessary.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with:
Our websites and landing pages may use cookies, tracking pixels (such as the Meta pixel and Google tag), and similar technologies to measure advertising effectiveness, understand how visitors use our pages, and deliver relevant ads. These technologies may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing activity.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some website functionality. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit your Facebook Ad Preferences or Google Ad Settings.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by our Clients, typically for a period of 24 months from your last interaction. Where a Client's business requires longer retention for legal or regulatory reasons (such as tax recordkeeping), data may be retained for up to 7 years.
After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure hosting through our technology providers.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
